a. Form Health is a multidisciplinary evidence-based clinic in Unity Square that initiated a community initiative in response to staff members’ interest in making a positive impact. We’ve organize charity events, including a boxing class to fight for women’s health and solstice yoga with all proceeds going to Kids Kottage (an organization helping families in need), as well as volunteer for causes like CIBC’s Run for the Cure. These events raise funds for local organizations while promoting community engagement and unity. Form Health’s commitment to making a difference in the community extends beyond healthcare, fostering collaboration and social responsibility among staff and community members alike.
