“Queen of the Workday!”

Shannon Tyler is Edmonton’s favourite workday host, has Edmonton’s most infectious laugh, and is Edmonton’s best “at work friend” on the radio! She has a blast every day, and it really shows. She loves sharing fun stories and talking to listeners to make the workday fly by!

Shannon grew up in Fort Saskatchewan! Fort High, baby! She’s been a part of Edmonton’s radio and television scene since she was 20 years old. The majority of those years were on air or in front of a camera, and 7 of them were spent immersed in the world of advertising as one of the up! 99.3 Advertising Consultants. When she’s not spinnin’ yarn over the air weekdays between 10-3pm, she’s chasing after her 2 very active boys, Tripp and Chile. Her passions in life include live music, campfires, and food! (Though, having children has erased any skill she had at cooking grown-up food, she enjoys eating her way through Edmonton’s culinary landscape!)
