Contest Rules

  • The on-air contest period will run September 11 – October 5 at 11:59pm.
  • Enter online as many times as you want!
  • The winner will be selected and contacted on-air at 9:00am on Friday, October 6, 2023.
  • To be eligible to win a prize in the Contest, a contestant must (a) be at least eighteen (18) years of age or older and (b) be willing to make modifications to the selected property.
  • Prize consists of one $50,000 Outdoor up!Grade Package.
  • Complete design process before April 1, 2024.
  • All installation tasks must be finished by October 5, 2025 with the completion timeframe spanning two full working seasons, contingent on weather conditions.
  • In addition to these rules, up! 99.3’s general contest rules apply.
